One Big Difference Between U.S. Government Pre Check and Global Entry Programs

What is the difference between this TSA Pre✓ Program and the Global Entry Program?

As far as my research covers, the Global Entry program is one of the Trusted Travelers Program. If you meet the qualifications for the Global Entry Program, and travel to the Netherlands, you may register for the FLUX program.

The TSA Pre✓ program is for passengers flying domestically.

What are the benefits of both of these programs?
